Following its recent attack on Dalori village of Konduga local government area in Borno state, Boko Haram fighters are reportedly regrouping to launch another attack.
According to Daily Post, the plot of a fresh attack was disclosed by the state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Borno state, Ali Bukar Dalori.

Dalori who was in Dalori village of Konduga local government on Thursday, February 4 to ascertain the extent of damage to the community in the last Boko Haram attack said the insurgents were regrouping at Yale village for a renewed attack.
He said: “I wish we could go round and see the extent of destruction but according to what we got from the Theatre Commander, Boko Haram are regrouping in Yale, so we should leave immediately.”

Meanwhile, the general officer (GOC) commanding 3 Division, Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Msa Aliyu has said the ongoing offensive against Boko Haram insurgents is been delayed in part because the insurgents are hiding among innocent people.
General Aliyu added with no defined territory in the counter terrorism war, the army was being careful so as not to hurt innocent Nigerian citizens who they are fighting to defend.
