Sunday Oliseh has brought back Austin Oboaropko, who was suspended for the game against Niger, and has replaced both Bartholomew Ibenegbu and Tunde Adenine with Usman Mohammed and three-goal here, Chisom Chikatara.
Mohammed replaced Ibenegbu in the first match after Warri Wolves midfielder had gone missing – putting more work on the shoulders of Paul Onobi in the first half.
Oliseh is including the U-23 AFCON winner to ensure that the Eagles get control of the ball as much as possible against the technically proficient Tunisians. Mohammed would also allow Onobi the chance to better control the tempo from his deep-lying midfield position.
Oboaropko’s inclusion is a no-brainer. With Ahmed Akaichi, in good scoring form, Oliseh needed his most accomplished man-marker to be in place.
Also, Chikatara coming in means that there would be more combination play between the front three of Chikatara, Prince Aggrey and Osas Okoro.
The Eagles need a victory to assure themselves of a place in the quarter finals after Tunisia could only draw with Guinea 2-2 in their opening match.
The match kicks off at 2 pm, Nigerian time.
Lineup: Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Matthew Etim, Chima Akas, Austin Obaroakpo, Stephen Eze, Paul Onobi, Ifeanyi Matthew, Osas Okoro, Prince Aggreh, Usman Mohammed, Chisom Chikatara.
