LEGISREPORTS NG- The Kwara State House of Assembly has passed the Private Public Partnership Bill into law.
The executive Bill passed on Tuesday seeks the creation of Private Public Partnership Bureau (PPPB) in the state.
The Bill according to the Chairman of the Committee on Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives,
Hon. Segilola Abdulkadir would aid rapid infrastructural development in the state and also improve the internally generated revenue (IGR) of the state as there is more private sector participation in government activities.
The Bill was sent to the Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed for his assent.
